Our tastings begin with a guided tour of the winemaking cellar and aging rooms, continuing to the Vin Santo cellar, where the traditional caratelli rest.
The tasting takes place in our panoramic tower or dedicated rooms and is accompanied by Tuscan specialties: bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, cured meats, cheeses, and cantucci with Vin Santo.
