The Winery

TRADITION AND TECHNOLOGY

The winery is a modern facility built in harmony with traditional Chianti rural architecture and constructed using reclaimed materials to minimize environmental impact.

Inside, advanced technology supports every stage of production. Grapes are hand-harvested and gently destemmed before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

After fermentation, the wine is separated from the skins and aged for approximately six to eight months. For wines destined for long aging, the process continues in medieval tuff caves, where the wines mature for at least twelve months in oak barrels and French Allier barriques.

In these silent spaces, characterized by constant temperature and controlled light, the wine evolves slowly, expressing structure, complexity, and elegance at its best.
